  Our organization's President and Chief Executive Officer is Dr. Richard A. Chamberlain, who has a decade of experience in the public health sector. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M International University, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctor of Public Health from Capella University. With a wealth of experience in various public health positions, including the Health Director of a municial helath depatment, High Consequence Infectious Disease Epidemiologist and Sanitarian, he is committed to achieving health equity for all. Dr. Chamberlain is an active member of several public health associations and values stronger partnerships and better understandnig to foster inproved health outcomes. In his free time, he enjoys family time, running, and reading peer-reviewed article 

 Jonathan Orlando Pena is a highly experienced professional in managing diverse teams, having accumulated a decade of experience in this field. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the organization.

His extensive experience in managing teams of diverse populations has equipped him with the necessary skills to handle a wide range of challenges and situations. He has a deep understanding of how to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and promotes teamwork.

In addition, he possesses strong leadership qualities that enable him to effectively motivate and inspire his team members to achieve their best performance. His expertise in developing and implementing strategies that enhance organizational performance and productivity is an invaluable asset to the company.
